New office & Retail;  San Juan Capistrano, California.  Commissioned by Sumich Design: San Juan Capistrano, California.

The new office building was a conceptual theoretical designed on an existing site in the city of San Juan Capistrano for a local designer Jeff Sumich. He wanted to show the city of San Juan the potential of the empty site by creating a new traditional Spanish style two story office building with retail below and subterranean parking. The design has a little of modernism along with traditional Spanish and Mexican elements. I was hired to provide 3D renderings and drafting service. The project is conceptual and not a real project.
