Commissioned by Collins Holdings, Dana Point, California a private developer & owner's; The client wanted to bring back life to the 3 stories archaic mix use "Office & Retail space." HD360 came up with a design fusion of Art Deco Miami Beach meets California contemporary building style. The facade's influence is evident when you see the vertical & horizontal fusion remnant to Art Deco.
